Fizz's Lookout

It's a been a couple of weeks since my last work, but I had some spare time this weekend, and worked on this piece. I'm still not great at backgrounds, but I think Fizz's proportions are correct. Feedback is always welcomed! Fizz is from League of Legends, by the way.
