Midnight Veigar

This took me a few hours to finish, but could have turned out much better. I'm trying to develop my own style when it comes to putting these out, but I'm not quite there yet. On a positive note, I have all of the elements in this picture that I wanted. This is Veigar from the League of Legends, which is a game that I play online. Feedback is always welcomed!
